At the end of this course, delegates will be able to:

• Understand how a lead acid battery works.

• Identify the hazards and risks associated with batteries.

• Identify appropriate PPE to consider when handling lead acid batteries.

• Locate the lead acid battery within an ELV.

• Remove a lead acid battery from an ELV.

• Store a lead acid battery compliantly and safely.

This course will take approximately 1 hour to complete, and is comprised of 33 slides, including videos and quizzes.
