Booking your training...

The first thing we will ask you to confirm is your preferred workshop training date.

Our booking system uses this date to calculate when your candidates' elearning access needs to start.

Confirm the date, pay online and the dates are guaranteed!

Six weeks prior to the workshop date, your candidates will receive auto enrolment emails for our learning portal, where they can access the syllabus and begin their training.

If you are working to a tighter timescale than a six week programme will allow, get in touch.

All courses are subject to an additional fee to cover Instructor Travel Expenses (ITE). This charge is separate to the cost of the course and covers all reasonable expenses incurred for travelling to and from the clients chosen location for the onsite workshop and assessment. As this charge is calculated based on geographical location and therefore variable, ITE are charged separately and do not form part of the online booking process or the course costs advertised on our website. Once a course has been successfully booked and the client receives their booking confirmation, ITE will be calculated and invoiced separately to the person responsible for making the initial course booking. Payment for ITE is to be made in full, 14 days prior to the workshop and assessment date. For a full breakdown of how these costs are calculated, please reference our terms & conditions.
